Payment and delivery

We deliver orders via Nova Poshta.
You can choose delivery to a post office branch or by courier to your home address.

Delivery time is between one to three business days. Minor delays may occur during weekends or public holidays.

Cash on delivery is available after a prepayment of 100 UAH.
This payment option is only valid for non-personalized items.

For orders with personalized engraving, full prepayment is required to our bank account. Once payment is confirmed, the order goes into production.

Nova Poshta charges a commission of 2% of the order total plus 20 UAH for the money transfer.
Delivery cost is paid by the customer.

We ship internationally by Nova Poshta
Orders can be delivered to your home address or a local post office in your country.

The cost of international delivery is calculated according to Novaposta's rates and depends on the destination country.
